"There's another way to get the feed from a public Facebook page as RSS, which is entirely public and can be retrieved anonymously; i.e. requires no Facebook connect or other stuff. The format for the URL of the RSS feed is:
https://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?id=PAGE_ID&format=rss20
Where PAGE_ID is the Facebook ID of the page. Or even better, as JSON:

"1.) On the same error screen press SHIFT+F10 and it will open up a black Window. (a command prompt window)
2.) In the black window, type the word "regedit" (without the quotes) and hit enter. That will open the registry editor.
3.) In the Registry Editor..
Browse to....
HKLocalmachine/SYSTEM/SETUP/STATUS/ChildCompletion, and after highlighting childcompletion, on the right hand side check for setup.exe. If the value is 1 change it to 3 (by double clicking on setup.exe and changing the value shown in the box).
4.) Then close the registry editor and close the black window. Then click on OK for the error and the computer will restart and the installation may complete. just try it and let me know if it worked."
